I'm really happy to announce that Bob has recently been nationally certified as a tri coach. He will be joining me in my coaching company, TriStars Training (so named because all of my tri clients are superstars in my eyes!) - I am no longer associated with PT Performance Training.
Look for some exciting changes coming soon to TriStars Training. I'm currently having a new business card and logo designed and a revamped website is in the works and should be up and running by the middle of autumn. Team clothing will be a priority. Power hiking will be offered again in the fall. Bob and I will hold a training camp in Penticton in July of 2011 - this will be a fun and interactive camp open to all distance racers and will be run the "Gebbie way" - more details to come.
TriStars Training will also be hosting a couple of swim clinics, in March of 2011, with World Masters Swimmer of the Year Karlyn Pipes-Neilsen. More details to come on this as well.
I'm feeling renewed and re-energized at the thought of the positive changes to come!
